Spirit Whelm II - Artwork

This artwork is part of the Spirit Whelm series which consists of five artworks/panels. Each one depicting a surreal world and a mix of unique characters inspired by nature and technology. The artworks are joined together by a mysterious path that's weaving and winding it's way through buildings and characters inhabiting the five zones. I spent many hours lost in the details as I let my imagination go completely free. Certainly one of the most memorable artworks I set out to do. If I had to pick some of my favourites form this work: the topiary bush-hand, who's waterfall fills the black pool on which two swans interlock in front of the gentle honeycomb being. And we can't ignore the many insect pencils and swirling fish, and of course, our butterfly girl.

An original ink & conte artwork on Canson acid free paper.
Measures: 22.5" x 14.5" - 57cm x 37cm

I sign each artwork and include the title and year the piece was created.
Will be shipped flat and protected with strong packing material to insure the artwork arrives at your home in the same pristine condition it leaves my studio.
