Happy Pill is one of two new artworks I was very excited to create as part of the new group show 'RX' hosted by Quirky Fox to celebrate their 12th anniversary. Vicky is the owner of Quirky Fox and she wanted to celebrate the building's history as it was originally a pharmacy. I thought that was a really lovely idea and this pill based work came into my mind. It was also a chance to try something different from my usual style. The piece is framed by Vicky, which I love because it is float mounted and that effect really lets the paper stand out in the frame. I love it.
